Hi, I’m Gemma. I created Optimise after spending over £50,000 on programmes and masterminds that were brilliant at telling people what to do, but rarely helped them actually do it.
I love tech, but I know not everyone does. So I built Optimise to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation — with simple teaching, real support, and systems that finally make your business easier to run.

Do I have to switch to Divinuity?
No. Divinuity is included, and it can save many business owners a lot in software costs, but you do not have to move in order to benefit from Optimise. We will work with your existing tools if that is best.
Can you help with migration?
Yes. If migration is the right move, we can support that process so it is structured, secure and as light on your time as possible.
Is this group coaching?
No. This is a systems implementation container with weekly operational support, live labs and practical help building what your business actually needs. There is a group, but the focus is on building, not just talking.
What if I am scared of tech?
That is exactly who this was built for. You do not need to become a tech expert. You need systems that are explained clearly and built with support. We go at your pace and translate the tech into plain language.
What if I am solo?
That is fine. Some clients are solo, and some bring a VA or team member. Both can work. If you do have support, they are welcome to join you so implementation is even easier.
What happens after the 6 months?
You can continue at the graduate rate of £300/month or move into The Collective, depending on what support level makes sense next.
Are there refunds?
